Board Service Recognition

Michael Rich

Michael Rich became president of the RAND Corporation in 2011. For 40 of his 47-year career with RAND, Michael has served on the WISE Senior Services (now WISE & Healthy Aging) Board of Directors. This year, we celebrate this special milestone of board service with much gratitude in recognition of his leadership and governance.

Michael is renowned for carving a deep footprint in both local and domestic public policy through leadership and dedication to rigorous research and analysis over his exemplary career at RAND - one of the most trusted sources in policymaking.

This same leadership and dedication has been invaluable for WISE & Healthy Aging. Michael’s ability to dig deep into the complexities of a given policy challenge to find solutions through in-depth analysis has also helped guide decision-making at WISE & Healthy Aging. His expertise has been invaluable in our work with the older and often more vulnerable adults we serve.

We are grateful for his insights and thoughtful guidance over these past 40 years.
