Medicare Insurance Counseling

In partnership with the Center for Health Care Rights, WISE offers one-on-one appointments with a trained senior volunteer in the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP).

These volunteers help clients understand their health coverage options under Medicare and Medi-Cal and evaluate long-term care insurance offerings. For an appointment, please call (310) 394-9871.
